We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. The ICU RN will be responsible for continuous monitoring, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver the highest quality of care in a demanding environment. Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly under pressure are essential.

Schedule: 6 consecutive night shifts followed by 8 days off.

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients
Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator management
Document and report patient progress and changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Provide compassionate support to patients and families in high-stress situations

Compensation: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour
